separation

my wife and i are currently

separated; since that time my wife

has changed the locks to our apt. all i

am seeking to do is gain access to

the apt and collect my belongings;

she is being less than reasonnalbe in

this regard. what recourse do i have

short of obtaining a court order; a

divorce is coming however has not

been firled for as of yet and i do not

want to wait that long just to get my

things; is there any kind of letter i

can show the comlex from the police

or somthin i can shoe the police so i

can get in get my things and leave?

You will need a court order, typically obtained in conjunction with the filing of the divorce. Consult with a local attorney.

Unless she gives you access, the only way to eventually resolve things is in a divorce.
