Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

seperation, divorce, and making it on my own.

I feel a separation, and divorce are in my near future.

Married 4 yrs, He was making a land pymt and building house when we married, and still doing so. Can he kick me out? does he have to help pay for me a place to live, have 2 boys, (not his) i just recently went to work. Am i entitled to alimony?

Am i entitled to anything at all?

As a general rule, you have no claim to an asset owned by him before marriage (unless you made that asset more valuable).

Alimony is rare in short marriages, but there is no way to answer a question that specific without getting a lot of detail about your situation.

He can't kick you out without a court order. Since you haven't been married that long, you may not get much alimony, if any at all. However, I would advise you to consult with a local attorney who can discuss your case in more detail.
