Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I'm a seprated mother and my soon to be ex-husband has sent my 4 year old child out of state without my permission with his sister. I have no way to get in touch with my son, no clue where he is other than Myrtle Beach, and don't know what other adults are with him if any. I would like to know if this is against the law or this can be held against him when we go to court for our divorce?
