hi i was just served with child support modification papers!i cannot afford an attorney.is it possible to agree to an amount with the other party before the 20 days i have to respond runs out?if we agree before the 20 days runs out on me what will i need to do?will i still have to have an attorney to write a answer letter?

Regardless of whether you agree, you need to answer the case. It would not be wise to answer without first seeing a lawyer.
