Serving a Contempt of Court

I submitted (or filed) a contempt of Court order for not complying with court order regarding permitting me see me kids, in May of 2006 againsr my wife who had filed a restraining order against me on March 15, 200, but as of today (October 24, 2006) she has not been served by the court of Tennessee. During the process of the restraining order and after the court (in GA) ordered that I had visitation rights of every other weekend of the month, she moved to Tennessee. It has been 6 months since I filed the contempt of court against my wife but she hasn't been served yet allegedly because they cannot find her. From what I understand, due the restraining order against me my wife does not want me to know here address. I provided to my lawyer the address where she works but STILL the contempt of court order has not been served to her after 6 months. What recourse do I have? Please help me.

If your lawyer hasn't hired a private process server to serve her at work, you may want to ask him why, and absent a compelling answer, look for other counsel.
