Settlement

Divorced after 31yrs Dec. 2005. Can you go back after the fact,and ask for your half of any retirement,401K,alimony??

Due to mental & emotional state, did not request any part

of any of the above benefits, I agreed to and got only one

half of the equity of the home we owned. I also was responsible for all of my outstanding debts.

So again,can you go back and request after divorce final??
