sex during divorce

what are the laws in ga. if i filed for divorce but having sex with my husband. He has been unfaithful but we have sex because i feel so needy now.

Sex between parties in a divorce terminates the divorce. It's considered a reconciliation and you must start over and separate again. Your lawyer should have advised you about this.
