Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Possible sex infront of minor children

my ex husband has been accused of having sex in front of my six and four yr old daughters. The police are invetigating this action at the present time and she is under the care of a physcologist and is on medication. He has filed a contempt order against me because I will not allow visitation.

We have joint custody and I have physical custody of them he has made no contact with the 4 yr old in over a year and the 6 yr old it has been 10 months.

What rights do I have to keep this person away from my children ? I am afraid that he is going to try and kidnap them .bare in mind we are not dealing with a person who's elevator goes to the top.

Since litigation is apparently pending (i.e., the contempt) I don't feel it appropriate to comment other than to strongly suggest you get a lawyer ASAP.
