having sexually relations during a seperation

My husband and I are still married, but seperated..he saids that htere is no chance of another chance for us even thought we have two kids together..because I left them, but we have had sex a few times during this time will or does that effect the divorce when we do file for it? What is an uncontested divorce?And what are the chances of it actually workimg to stay that way?

Sex during a divorce between the parties terminates the divorce.
