Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

If you sign the birth certificate of a baby saying that it is your child and on the bottom you sign where it says you legitimate the child. Will it stand up in court saying that you legimate the child and you don't have to take a dna test?

It is possible, although arguably foolish, to establish paternity while waiving a DNA test.
