If I sign over full custody to my child's father, do I have any legal obligation to pay the father child support?

First of all, you can't just sign over custody. That takes a court case. But if he does get custody, you can go to jail under Georgia's criminal laws if you fail to pay support, even if none is ordered, and it almost certainly will be ordered.
