Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

If i sign over all my legal rights will i still have to pay child support? If so, Why?

Why? Because it is the child's right to be supported by the people who brought him or her into the world, and not the parent's right to get out of that obligation.

Why? Because you unzipped your pants, not the taxpayers who have to pay for deadbeat parents.

There is NO such thing as signing over all your rights (except in an adoption). The rights belong to the child and not you.
