Signed agreement between husband and wife

I would like to create an agreement for my husband to sign that basically states that any further ''inappropriate'' actions on his behalf will result in the dissolution of our marriage. It is important that this agreement would be useful in court, if needed, to show character and disregard for the well-being of myself and our two young children. Do I need to have a lawyer or can this be typed up at home and signed by both of us?
