Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My soon to be ex and I signed divorce papers about 2 1/2 weeks ago. It was noncontested and we agreed to joint custody of our kids. Now the dad is threatening to contest it and fight me for custody because I have a friend and he's been around our kids. He's a convicted felon, lives with his mama and has held like 10 different jobs the whole 3 yrs we were married. I've held the same job for nearly 13 yrs now and own my home. What are the chances of him getting custody of our kids just because he doesn't like the fact that I have a friend? And what makes one an unfit parent?

Since you obviously chose to leave out a single fact about your "friend," you won't get a meaningful response here. If your children and custody are important, you'll get a lawyer to answer these questions and advise you what to do about this "friend." That might include completely removing him from the equation.
