Signing Divorce Papers

I filled for a divorce and now my soon to be ex-husband will not go to the office to sign the papers. we have made serval appointment and he have not showed up and on Feb. 14 he is moving to Alabama if he leave before the papers are sign what can I do it get the divorce finalize.

It doesn't matter if he leaves the state. He is only making it more difficult for himself because of travel inconvenience. Just set the case for a hearing ASAP and if the proposed settlement agreement is reasonable, the judge will sign off on it. If you don't already have an attorney, consult with one in your area.
