simple battery

my boyfriend(whom is currently on probation) and i got into an argumrnt he pushed me and i called the police when the police came two boys who were outside told the police they saw it the officer then took it upon himself to press charges is there anyway they can be dropped

The state is the prosecutor. You aren't. It is scary that you, as a victim, are putting yourself in danger by wanting to help a criminal who also is abusing you. Please seek counseling. I'd suggest calling a local battered woman's shelter. Be grateful that the police did their job and stop interfering with that.
