Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my sister has gotten divorced, and now she is having trouble with the husband harrasing her. he says that she could get in trouble for not letting him claim the kids because they share custody, but she keeps them more than six months of the year. he only keeps them every other weekend. he is renting land that she lives on and he says that she must pay him 3000 or get off, says that he could start charging my mother to live on the property. they were on the property before they got divorced, and now her house burned down, and she was gonna use the money to buy a new house. she has to make payments on a car and fix it at the same time. and now he is saying that she cant move a trailer onto the property without his permission, and also he isnt paying the fool child support they agreed upon he is leaving out 150 of it. and she has to work nights at a nursing home as a CNA. he also said that she could be in a lot of trouble if she dont pay, because he says she dont meet him halfway to drop the kids off, but she cant because she has to work. What can she do, she is scared everytime he calls because he threatens something new

Tell your sister to IGNORE your husband. Abusers seek attention, so one simply needs to tune them out.

As to what she can or cannot do, she needs to ask the lawyer who represented her in the divorce.
