Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My sister's husband married another woman some years ago so when he married my sister, that made her marriage void. They've been married for a while now and he just revealed this info to her. He's filing for a divorce of the first marriage and he wants to make his marriage to my sister right. What steps should they take???

Bigamy is a felony. Shecan marry him once he gets a real divorce and, if he's convicted of bigamy, once he gets out of jail.
