Do I skip the alimony, division of property, indebtness, etc. information in the divorce decree if there husband and wife have nothing jointly such as kids, bills, house, etc.

If you're trying to do a divorce pro se, see a lawyer. It will be cheaper to do a divorce right than to pay a lawyer to fix it.

I am not sure I understand the question. If there is nothing then address each. You need to speak to an attorney because once the decree is signed, if you make an error there is little you can do.
