Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I'm a soldier in the US Army and in 2006 I married a woman from the Philippines. Since then we have never lived together and she has never been to the states. I was wondering if we were still legally married and if so how do I go about obtaining a divorce?

You don't get un-married without filing a divorce. How simple or hard it will be depends on whether she will sign or not. You need to start by meeting with a lawyer.
