I'm a U.S soldier and i was diployed for a year and my wife commited adoultery and i have a son with her, how would i get custody of my child

You'd get a lawyer.

It will also help if you will be aware that the adultery, while a reason for the divorce, probably has very little to do with custody. Other issues will determine that.
