Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My son adopted a step son. He has no claim nor has any visitations after the divorce. Is there a way he can disadopt this child? He learned during the divorce that he is husband #10 and she hasn't gone after any of the others for child support

There is no provision for "disadoption" in Georgia. He is the legal father. He has the ability to get visitation, should he so choose, or even, to seek custody. If he got custody, then she would have to pay him child support.

There is no such thing as unadopting. He must pay support (or can go to jail) whethere she asks or not, and if he wanted visitation, he can enforce that with a lawyer in court.
