Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My son was married in Georgia in 2012 and separated and moved to Louisiana in 2013. Their are no kids, house invoived in this marraige. However, we just found out that she is pregnant with another man. They also owe us money that we all signed stating what money is owed and that if they were to divoirce they would both still be liable to pay. How do we go about getting all this settled pretty cheap as neither one of them work full-time.

The pregnancy is a big problem that needs to be addressed. He should get a lawyer in whatever state his wife lives in asap.
