Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I have one son in Ohio, he is 11, his mother decided she wants child support from me after 11 years of saying oh no i don't need it don't worry about it... i have two children with my current wife (We live in Georgia) , will the fact that i have two children living with me at home affect how much my ex-girlfriend gets?
If this helps, i am the only income in our family... and i make 9.80 an hr.. and work 40 hrs a week.. and we do have a mortgage to pay as well..

For 11 years you have commited a crime (you can be jailed for it), because, court order or not, you were required to pay support every 30 days.
You have a responsibility to pay now (and courts weigh all sorts of things including your income and expenses, hers, and, yes, your failure to do the right thing for 11 years).
At this point speak to a lawyer to determine what is fair and what you should or should not do, and plan to pay a reasonable amount. It is not a blank check that she has but she is entitled to receive support.
