Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My son is in the prosses of getting a divorce, he is not leaglly separated he is still married, he is having problems seeing his daughter, his wife left him and moved in with her parents... when it comes time for him too see her, he always makes sure he calls ahead of time to make sure they dont have any plans, but his in laws want to imposse a time frame. its either her father is coming home from the road or they have something to do where he cant get her..do grandparents have the right to imposse this kind of time frame and such...

If his children are important, he'll get a lawyer to handle these issues and not a website. As long as he goes along with this plan, he can expect these problems.
