Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My son wanst joint custody of his 6 year old daughter but cannot afford a lawyer. One does he need a lawyer or can he do this himself? And what does he need if he can do this himself?

Sure your son can represent himself, and risk losing custody and getting deeper in trouble by doing things incorrectly. It would not be appropriate for lawyers here or elsewhere to guide him through it. No one here knows the facts. It you want to help, assist in getting a lawyer.
