Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My sons baby mother moves my granddaughter from place to place ever since she was born, she has now left me power of attorney, with a 1 year stipulation that she can get her back at that time or sooner if she choses, how can I keep that from happening, my granddaughter is behind in school and need stability.

There is no such thing as changing custody with a power of attorney, so if you did that you have a worthless piece of paper. See a lawyer about a guardianship.
