Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My sons daughter's mother left her husband to be with my son. They were on & off for about 2 months. Her husband had a vesectomy yrs ago. This girl was taking pregnancy test weekly and as soon as she found out she was pregnant she made my son move out and her husband moved back in. Is there anyway this could be considered child support entrapment?

There is NO such thing as child support entrapment. If your son does not want to be supporting lots of children he badly needs some sex education from you immediately, and should either get a vasectomy, use condoms or abstain. He has a duty to pay support for at least the next 18 years.
If he knew she was taking a weekly pregnancy test, why wouldn't he think she was trying to get pregnant? There is no child support entrapment. If a male doesn't want to get "trapped" he should take the necessary precautions to keep from getting "trapped."
