Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My sons grandmother intervened in his father and my custody battle. He has since moved to GA and we are trying to update the parenting plan. The original is written in NH, and none of the parties live there anymore. The gtandmother was recognized in thr original plan because I wad residing with her. Does she have rights to remain in a new plan between mother and father? (She has manipulated my son into thinking bad behavior will get him sent "home.")

Interstate custody matters are hugely complex, and ones with three parties are exceptioonally complexc. No one is going to be able to answer your question without reading all the existing pleadings, but one thing is clear - without a lawyer you face a very high likelihood of disaster. Spend Monday retaining experienced counsel.
