Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

space between graves/georgia

My mother in law was buried 9/23/07. side by side plots were purchased and my father in law was to be placed to her right (his left) according to the marriage alter when he passes. Today he went to the cemetery and someone has just been buried in his plot with no space between my mother in law and this ''stranger'' Shouldn't their be a space between the graves??? All of the other graves are separated unless it is a family plot. Is their a law? This cemetery has not been kind to our family and we are not looking forward to this battle.

You fail to state the terms of the agreement(s). It is unlikely the purchase did not come with paperwork. See what it says about the issues you raise, and if necessary, discuss with the management. If they do not follow the terms ofthe agreement, decide whether you want to take it to a lawyer.
