I let my special needs daughter live with her father because he was recover I g from a car accident. Now she stays with the sister. They act funny,like not answering the phone and not calling back and always said she's busy when I want to visit. So I want her back. What do I need to do.

You haven't provided enough information. Is there a custody order in place and if so, do you have primary custody? Is there a parenting plan in place? If you were never married has the father legitimated the child? These are important when answering a question such as this.
