Can I get alimony if my spouse evicted me through the courts ?

Alimony in GA is based on your need for it and your spouce's ability to pay it. A claim for it is totally barred by adultery or abandonment for more than one year, it is otherwise given on a case by case determination taking into account all facts and circumstances.
