Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My spouse has disappeared and I have done everything I know to do to find them. I would like to do a notice by publication divorce but I am not sure where to file. I have been a resident of Georgia for several years but our last marital residence was in Florida, and that is the last place I know she lived. Do I file in Georgia or in Florida? I contacted an attorney here, but they could not give me a straight answer.
