Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

If either my spouse or myself leave the home to live elswhere could that be held against us in court as abandonment? If my wife ask's me to move out or live somewhere else because she can't stay in the same house with me if she can't have me, is that abandonment if asked to leave?

No. There is no such thing as abandoning a spouse.

Abandonment is a crime that involves the failure of either parent to support a minor child for a period of thirty days.
