spouse won't pay the rent etc..abandonment
My spouse abandoned me took up residence with ex-wife is paying her rent and is 3 months late on the mortgage. My name is not on the deed. What can I do ? I only work seasonally and I do not know where to go. I may be homeless soon

You should look for any type of work that you can qualify for in order to secure some income to use to hire an attorney to represent you. A divorce/family law attorney will be able to advise you on filing an action for temporary support. Do not put any money into joint accounts and do not allow your spouse to continue to use any credit cards that are in your name.
