Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

What if spouse sends letter back to my attorney stating return to sender. The letter was requesting him to come look at documnets pertaining to the divorce. Can I get a divorce by putting an ad in the paper?

You can't do a divorce by publication when you know wherethe person is.
