if i have my spouses bank account password and we're seperating can i go into their account and take half of the money while we're still married without her permission?

Yes, you can (meaning you probably are physically able to do it). Curiously, you leave out the obviously important detail of whose money it is, or the source of the funds. If you are looking for a justification for draining, or partially draining, bank accounts before splitting, while providing no facts, keep in mind that her lawyer and the Judge might have their own opinion about it and those are the opinions that matter. You might start off in a very deep hole.
