Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Yes, I don't know where to start. I have been separated over four years now, I was wanted to file for divorce on unrecconcilable differences. I really can't aford a divorce but it needs to done. Right now he is incarcerated and telling everyone that I can get it free but I have checked on that, so no to that. But eneyways how would I start on doing this and how much is it going to cost me? He don't want to pay nothing witch I don't agree on but I'm ready to get it over with.

To find out what your fees would be you would need to call a lawyer in your area (or several). The cost would depend on many details not in your post. Realistically you are unlikely to collect money from someone in jail, so assume the cost is coming solely from you.
