in the state of GA can an ex-wife demand payment from her ex-husband for he signature on documents for him to refinance the martial home in just his name alone?

Anyone can usually "demand" anything and the other person can refuse. If there is a divorce, the only opinion that counts is the Judge's. What do the orders say?
