Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

The state of GA monitors child support payments (or lack of) and they had court last month. He owes over $88,000.00 in back child support. The judge issued a continuance in order to give him time for a hearing (assuming w/ child support services to reduce his monthly support as he has a history of drug use and cannot make the monthly payments because he can't get a job making the money he use to make before multiple arrests).

** The judge is requesting I attend court next week however; I have only been told this by the child support services online portal. I have not received notice in the mail. Do I need to attend? I don't know why the judge would want me in attendance. I will need to take vacation time from work ..etc... I attempted to get further information from child support servicesvia telephone but all she had was what the portal said ... Judge requesting I attend
