Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

In the state of Ga. My son-inlaw is having a lot of problems with his ex-wife. First he has a house and a camper in his name and she is the co-signer on it, the lawyer quit claimed everything to him,but now he is behind on everything and it is ruining her credit, is there anything she can do about this. second his child is almost 12 years old he pays child support every week around a 130.00 i think and provides insurance. She has seen a lawyer and wants more child support and does not want the child to have visitation,by the way he also has a wife my daughter and a son my grandson that live with him. the reason she does not want him to come is because she says he has a drinking problem, and does not spent time with him which is not true anyway can he give up rights if she is not remarried. Could he possibly get the child support reduced if he cant give up rights because i dont think the child will come back. Thank you

Those are issues your son-in-law (not you) needs to address to his lawyer.

I agree with the previous answer, your son-in-law has to take the initiative to interview lawyers and select the one who fits his criteria (experience, fees, comfort level, availability, location).
