How old in the state of georgia must a child be to choose who they live with?

14, however, the Court makes the final decision the 14-year-old minor just voices his/her choice and the Court has to rule the choice is in the minor's best interest (especially if the "other" parent objects or the environment and the live-in "friends" of the parent chosen is not in the child's best interest)

Actually 18.
At 14 a child can express a choice, but the court can, for cause, overrule it.
