Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Is there a statute of limitations in Georgia for uninsured medical expenses? I am the NCP and required to pay 50% within 15 days of receiving notification of said expenses. Problem is, the CP is just now notifying me of all expenses dating back 45 months.

You still owe them. You just got an interest free loan from your ex for 45 months. As long as you pay in the required 15 days, you came out ahead.
If the number is large, an she files a contempt because you don't pay within 15 days, a Judge will look to see what is reasonable to determine whether or not you are in wilful contempt. You should send her a letter documenting the fact that you have received bills going back 45 months, and how you are going to reimburse her for them in the best way you can. So long as you make the effort, and pay them in full as quickly as you are able, you should be fine. If she does file a contempt action, or has threatened you with one, you need to see an attorney asap and have them help you document the circumstances and write the letter for you.
