Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Hello, I stay in GA. I need my ex boyfriend to help pay for braces. I have paid for one child braces. Now, the other child needs braces. Not cosmetic but really need them. He pays child support faithfully. But, he seems to think that is all he has to do Financially. We didn't go to court but we did go to child support services.

He doesn't have to pay any medical expenses unless there is a court order to do it. Frankly each of you could spend more than the cost of braces paying two lawyers to debate this, so while going to court is the legal answer, working it out may be the smart one for both of you.
