Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Hello, I stay in southwest Ga. My son is 10 years old and had to have braces on his teeth. His father was ordered to pay child support and provide medical insurance in June 2006. He do no provide medical insurance and my son is currently on medicaid. The Child support he pay for my son goes toward his braces(he doesnt provide anything but mandated child support)....Do my son father still suppose to help me pay for his braces?

Nothing in your post gives anyone here a way to tell you. The answer is in your papers, which you have read and we have not. What does it say about DENTAL care (which is separate from medical care)? If it's silent, you pay. If it says something, the answer is in those papers.
