step children liability

I have 4 step kids. I supplied car

insurance for the first two. I want

the biological father to pay for the

second two to diminish my over all

liability. How liable am I for step kids

and does my statement make sense

to lower my risk

First, you have no legal obligation to step kids. You may even be entitled to reimbursement for the insurance for the first two, but that is a long shot. As to his responsibility for any of his kids, that will be up to the mother to seek assistance. She should consult with an attorney.
