My Step-father raped my Daughter & she s now expecting. She does NOT want the baby & as I am the Grandmother 7 have Custody of her older Daughter I am wondering what the process is going to be to gain LEGAL CUSTODY of or ADOPT both of my Grandchildren? How can we get a FREE DNA test done, so we can proceed with our plans & lives?

First of all, take care of the criminal case. It is very important that the step-father go to jail a long time and that he be convicted.

DNA testing may occur in the criminal case.

Once that happens, your daughter can give you consent. You'll need a lawyer. He'll help convince a court to terminate the father's rights.
