What steps do i take to get guardenship of a minor (15 yrs old) who was living with her mother in NJ and was kicked out and now is going to reside with her Father who lives in GA

You haven't said how you are involved, if the mother will consent or if the father will consent, or how long the child has been in Georgia (or even if the child is in Georgia), so I can't begin to answer. Step one is to hire a lawyer.
