My stepson

My husbands exwife got custody of their son 5yrs ago and she has never gone by the court order. We purches airline tickets on Oct 31 for him to come to Ga December 26 because we didn't fly him out of LaCross and flew him from Minneapolis she says she isn't sending him what should we do?

Assuming the divorce was in GA, your husband should consult with an attorney in the area where the divorce was granted about filing a contempt against her.
