Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

stuck!

I had a child with a girl i was not married to but I did sign the birth cirtificate.This was 8 yrs ago.after our break up she had a girl and told several stories as to how the father was and one of them was me.I have always wanted proof but she has refused to submit to a dna test.I have tried to get legal rights to my son and she refuses to let that happen unless i get them for the girl to.I have since stopped paying her any thing because I can't get any legal rights to him.I have had him almost every weekend for the last four yrs. Now she has been poped by defacs for drugs and says i can't see him any more because she thinks i had something to do with it but i didn't.What can I do to save my son i am not a rich man.
